Hello divers and drinkers of the world!! My name is Barry and along with my dive buddy Dean we are going to highlight our diving and drinking adventures both around the corner and around the world.
We will break down the dives by location, date and dive site. We will hit the highlights with videos and pictures. We will also talk a little about where we stay and any dive operations we use. We will also break down the local breweries and or drinking establishments we find. When we are between trips we will add posts about places we have visited for diving in the past. We were not planning on blogging in the past so the records will have to rely on memory.
We will also highlight our local diving and drinking adventures. We are both located in South East Florida and have incredible diving here and are a short drive from the Keys so these areas will receive a lot of attention.
Dean is an advanced diver and has been diving since the mid 1970s and has a lot of dive trips to talk about. I am an open water instructor and have been diving about 10 years I have a lot less trips to fall back on, however we are trying to take 2 international trips per year or more. Keys trips will happen more often as Covid wains.
As to the drinking part of our adventures Dean and I both prefer beer and Dean always has a good home brew on tap and we always have a well crafted home brew to make viewing and editing videos more enjoyable. Dean’s wife Sandra is also an excellent cook and always makes sure we are well fed for these endeavors.
We will try to have guest bloggers or speakers on from time to time to let us know of some of their best dive stories and adventures.
